To quickly see the potential of Perceptual Intelligence®, we encourage top executives to participate in the Perceptual Intelligence® Executive Encounter.
What is the executive encounter?
A Fast, Impacting, First-Hand Experience.
This solution gives executive leaders a quick and compelling encounter with Perceptual Intelligence®.
Participants self-study the Executive Encounter Course for an hour, then discuss for an hour.
In 3 hours of self-study and 3-5 group discussions, executives learn the foundational ideas of Perceptual Intelligence® and how to transform their leadership and their organizational culture.

The Executive Encounter includes 9 interactive video lessons, in 3 hours of self-study, that cover these topics:
- What is Perceptual Intelligence®, why is it important, and how does it work?
- How to develop better leaders, faster and more effectively.
- The four “prime perceptions” that influence highly constructive leaders and work teams.
3-5 group discussions
This “group” can be as small as one executive with one member of our team.
Distributed, cohort-based learning works great with busy executive schedules, and is more effective than seminar learning.
New power for leading change
Executives discuss the self-study with members of their own team and ours, to digest and apply the concepts.
